This service is for the client who has the main pieces of their planning process in place but is overwhelmed with managing everything in the months leading up to their wedding day. Partial planning services do not provide the same level of support as full planning services, as they typically do not start more than 6 months before the wedding date, unlike full planning which begins at least 12 months prior. Partial Planning includes full ceremony and reception setup and teardown.

Wedding Management

Often Called Day-Of Coordination, this is the perfect service for couples who desire to handle the entire planning process themselves but want to hand over the reins prior to the big day. Our job is to step in and coordinate any of the final details and manage all of the logistics for your event, leaving you to enjoy the last moments before you walk down the aisle.

Decor Setup & Teardown

Taking one extra thing off your plate, and your mind. Our team of assistants will setup your decor exactly as we discussed, and will even complete the ceremony and reception decor breakdown!
Bar Service

2 Bartenders + up to 6 hours of pour service- $525

Dinner Service
Serve guests through buffet or plated table service, box leftover food, remove dirty plates, drinks and trash from guest tables throughout dinner, wash dinnerware, serving pans/utensils, take out trash and cleanup kitchen.
Buffet Service (Disposable dinnerware)- 1 server/busser per 50 guests - $20.00/hr/per server

Plated Table Service- 1 server/busser per 25 guests - $25.00/hr/per server
+ 18% gratuity on total invoice
* Determined off venue location, guest count, vendors, design details and more. Includes up to 250 guests. Additional guests charged at $.50 per guest. Does not include table/chair setup or breakdown. An additional assistant is required at $50/hour for 2 total hours for table/chair service.
